We ship all orders via UPS and FedEx and require signature confirmation for your delivery in order to ensure that your items are delivered safely.
As we are a small custom business, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order for shipment and add to that the length of time your chosen shipping method takes. We do not ship internationally at this time.
UPS Ground Shipping takes up to 5 business days from date of shipment.
UPS Second Day Air typically takes 2 business days from date of shipment.
FedEx Express Saver takes up to 3 business days from date of shipment.
FedEx Overnight provides next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses, and by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
Lisa Eisner Jewelry is not responsible for any missed packages, lost deliveries, etc.
Though we try our best to accurately represent our products, we understand that sometimes a piece may not look or fit as expected. All sales are final, however we will accept unworn jewelry FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY provided return is initiated within 48 hours of confirmed delivery date, and provided items are returned in their original condition within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit. Store credit will be processed after the jewelry has been received and inspected by the studio. You will be issued a email confirmation once the credit is processed.
We DO NOT offer refunds at this time.
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery, and further instructions will be provided.
Buyer pays all return shipping costs unless jewelry arrived defective or an error was made by Lisa Eisner Jewelry, and we recommend insuring items for up to the value of the returned item/s. All prior shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your jewelry should need repair, please contact the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help. Depending on what needs to be done, repairs can take some time. We will do our best to give you an estimate of timing/cost once we have assessed.
Jewelry requiring repair due to no fault of the owner, will be repaired at no cost.
